I like this video because I feel like it got the lyrics right, down to the "holy smoker" (an old-fashioned term for a gun). I love the Gothic tones! A person at wits end, Thinking about the good times that went wrong (possibly because of her) and are now haunting her. Drinking to drown the memories. Out on her luck. But is she gonna take her own life? His life? Both? Everyone in her way? I love the way it just ends making you wonder who she's going to shoot! Like the "wind before the rain", you know the storm's coming....
