MOBY - WAIT FOR ME

  • baudrillardo Nicely done. The storytelling resources are very well used. It has this avantgarde theatre feeling to it that I really appreciate. I like it.
I hope you like mine as well, it's the story of a little elephant searching for his missing chicken friend for months on the streets of Barcelona and Madrid: http://genero.tv/watch-video/6242/

    Good Luck Mike!!

  • Sebastian It's a great technical idea but it's bad that it's so STREROTYPE! Why do always men have to be portrayed as the ones that don't want commitment and the women as the clinging type of thing? It would be better if it was the other way around in this vid. That would be interesting! Nice footage.

    • teammike That's a very fair comment Sebastian. I toyed with the idea of swapping things around or even making it more ambiguous, but in the end I felt that people would find it easier to relate to the story if it portrayed the common (albeit somewhat stereotypical) situation in many young relationships.

  • Ru Still think this film is the best of the lot, by far. Some of the others are good, but don't have any relevance to the music.

  • DancingAngelRachelle I must admit this is one of my favorites, although, I wish it didn't end with the 'Goodbye'. I don't like goodbyes, but other than that, it is a very beautiful piece of work.

    • teammike A 'goodbye' can only be followed by a 'hello' though :)

  • Matei love the design of the piece but i prefer the photography in the b& w video with the suicidal couple; however, these two are my favourites.

  • Ru A beautifully executed film which fits the music so well. I love the lighting and shapes the bodies make. Good luck in the competition!
