      Quite a few people asking about the Jasmine Tea which expands/opens up in hot water. You can get them from chinese/japanese food shops - often called Open Flower Tea or Blooming Tea.

      The timelapse you see is about 8 minutes. And I did quite a few to get the shot I wanted.

      The picture 'Become your dream' is a pic I took (on a wall) in NYC on the day I got my g/f an engagement ring :)

Backstory:
Estelle has been coming to my girlfriend (a music industry voice coach) for a few years. While I was considering who to cast, my girlfriend mentioned that Estelle had been singing Alicia Keys.

Estelle has got a fantastic voice, has a lot of similarities to Alicia and sang this song with total passion while I was recording. Future star! Good smile too :)
