sanjiv very good advertisement. thats what the film industry is all about. fair game. deserves it? view to votes ratio- 9 out of 10 people like rape, so 1742( votes) people out of 15475 (views) liking the video seems logical. don't say 'medicore' and put the makers down man, if you make films you should know how much that hampers someones ego. i say good effort, must have taken f-ing ages to make, if no one saw the video due to lack of advertisement id be pissed. well done guys. some lush concepts and distinctive style (compared to the other videos for the song), edited very well to the music. although i have to point out the obvious, it seems to be seperate from the music, it dosen't lift the music to another level, nor does the music lift the video. they don't compliment each other, at least not completely. it works amazing with timing. what im trying to get at is, it's like a really tasty chicken and mushroom soup with no salt in it, some people might not need salt, the chicken, mushroom, thick soup, bread on the side will satisfy them, for the rest that suttle flavour of salt does wonders in bringing it together.

sanjiv hate to break it to you dude (zavafilms) yes people do mindlessly vote just because they know you, if they had seen other videos on the site, im sure you wouldn't have recieved as much votes, there seem to be amazing videos outthere. im not tring to slander your video, the cinematography is lush, very music video- esque broad camera sweeps... it flows smoothly (camera work). the colouring is nice. you have an excellent/ clever cinematographer and editor. but saying that i felt that the plot seemed to be lacking in the video, we get whats its about but it didn't feel very effective. i think its edgar allen poe who said that the saddest stories are about the loss of a loved one, this was not sadenning, i felt nothing from it. really wished the plot was more affecting because i realy liked the theory. still looks lush and impressive budget. good luck holmes.

sanjiv lush mirror effect dude, really like the feel it gives. here come the critism ;) felt it lacked perproduction, only bcause the mirror shots felt over used, the narrative was present in the mirror shots- you got the mood/atmosphere from it but i felt there was more the story of the woman could offer to highten the film. other wise waht can i say? excellently crisp shots, even the night time shots seem as smooth as a babys bottom, not much grainage or maybe its hidden in the black and white+ grain effect? (choosing to use black and white felt a bit cheese/ Cliche, 'oh how shall we make it look emotional? use black and white!' ) felt like it was a cop out. hope this didn't sound harsh. i do really like film + the cinematographers' work, awesome editing- suits the film. i think this should win the comp, the visuals are just too lush+ the message/something is actually something not just some bull s***, , an inspiring piece of visual hedioism. i voted! good luck holmes.
